Integral AI CEO & Co-founder Jad Tarifi joined leading researchers and innovators at the AE: Global Summit on Open Problems for AI, held at Sakura Deeptech Shibuya: Global Innovation Hub. He spoke on a headline panel titled “Is Scale Enough?”, which explored whether scaling today’s AI models is sufficient to reach AGI.

The discussion brought together diverse perspectives from academia and industry, examining the current limits of large-scale models and the need for new approaches in AI research. The panel was part of “Algorithms Day,” the opening day of the three-day summit.
